1. Who Can Use Golf Lab24

You must be at least 18 to create an account, book, or buy a membership. Players ages 13–17 may use a Teen Athlete account managed by a parent or guardian. Children under 13 may not have their own account and may only visit with a parent or guardian present. Keep your sign-in private and your contact details up to date; you are responsible for bookings made from your account.

2. Bookings and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment succeeds or membership hours are applied. Prices on the site are before Texas sales tax, which is added at checkout; the full price, including tax and any fees, is shown before you pay. When a refund is issued, the matching sales tax is refunded too. Cancellations, reschedules, no-shows and refunds follow our Cancellation Policy. Refunds go back to the original card.

Shop orders are for pickup at Golf Lab24; we'll tell you when your order is ready. A refunded order is refunded in full, including tax.

Gift cards can be used for simulator time, lessons, clinics, memberships and shop items. They never expire and have no fees. They can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires, and anyone who has the code can use it, so keep it safe. If a purchase paid with a gift card is refunded, that part goes back onto the gift card. On a membership, the balance becomes account credit used on your next renewals.

Rewards and referrals. When we run them, the punch card and refer-a-friend rewards are credit in your account (Dashboard → Rewards) that works like a gift card at checkout. A free hour is credit worth one peak hour. A friend's code can be used once, by a new customer before their first visit. A membership referral reward is a discount on one month of the referrer's own membership. Rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can be removed if they were earned through fake accounts or self-referrals. We may change or end these programs; rewards you've already earned stay usable.

3. Memberships and Automatic Renewal

Memberships renew automatically. Each period your card is charged the plan price shown at checkout, plus any tax, until you cancel.

• Before you pay, checkout shows the price, how often you'll be charged, and how to cancel, and asks you to agree.
• Cancel anytime online in your account (Account → Membership), or by email or text. Cancelling stops future charges; your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
• Included hours and benefits apply to each billing period and do not carry over unless your plan says so.
• The optional Member Lesson Add-On ($200 a month for four 45-minute lessons) is added to your membership bill and renews with it. The first month is prorated and includes one lesson for each week left in that month. Lessons reset on the 1st and don't carry over. You can stop it anytime in Account → Membership; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and ends automatically if your membership ends.
• If we change a plan's price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.
• If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know; member benefits may pause until it's paid.

4. Door Codes, Check-In and No-Shows

Golf Lab24 is an unstaffed facility. Your booking comes with a personal door code that works from about 5 minutes before your start time until shortly after it ends. Opening the front door with your code (or the app's Unlock button) checks you in. If your code hasn't been used 25 minutes after your start time, your booking is marked as a no-show and released: your code stops working and the bay may be booked by someone else. No-shows aren't refunded. Running late? Contact us before then. Don't share your code or let in anyone who isn't part of your group, and please leave your bay by your end time.

5. Safety, Emergencies and Cameras

No staff are on site. In an emergency, call 911 first, then let us know at 832-226-8816. Report damage, hazards or broken equipment right away. For everyone's safety and to protect the equipment, the facility is monitored by video cameras inside and outside (never in restrooms). See our Privacy Policy for how footage is used and kept.

6. Facility Rules and Conduct

Follow the Facility Rules. Golf Lab24 is BYOB for guests 21 and older only. Under Texas law, alcohol may not be consumed here Monday through Saturday from 12:15 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., or Sunday from 1:15 a.m. to noon. No one who appears intoxicated may play. No smoking or vaping. Clean, non-marking shoes only. Each bay holds up to 4–6 people. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times and have a signed minor waiver. We may end a session, without refund, for unsafe behavior or a rules violation.

7. Card on File Authorization

By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you authorize Golf Lab24 to securely save your payment method on file with our payment processor and to charge that card, without further presentation of the card, for: (a) damage to equipment, turf, screens, or facility caused during your reservation; (b) no-show fees when you fail to arrive for a confirmed booking; (c) late cancellation fees per our Cancellation Policy; and (d) other fees or fines expressly disclosed in our policies. All such charges are capped at $5,000.00 per event, are itemized with a written reason, and are receipted by email. See our Damage Policy. You may update or remove your card on file at any time from your account settings; doing so does not waive amounts already owed.

8. Assumption of Risk, Release and Limits on Liability

Golf involves real risks, including being hit by a club, a ball or a rebound, and strains from swinging. You play at your own risk. Before your first session you must sign our liability waiver, which includes a release of claims, including claims based on Golf Lab24's own negligence, to the extent Texas law allows.

The bays and equipment are provided as they are. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golf Lab24 is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Photos and Community Content

You keep ownership of photos, scores and other content you post (for example in the gallery or contests) and let us display it on Golf Lab24's website and app. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that shows other people without their permission. Anyone can report content with the Report button or by contacting us; we review reports within 24 hours and remove content and block accounts that break these rules.

10. Text Messages

Golf Lab24 Alerts sends booking confirmations, door codes and reminders to customers who opt in, and promotional texts only to customers who also opt in to marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or any message that asks us to stop, such as "quit," "end," "cancel" or "unsubscribe") to opt out, or HELP for help; we honor opt-outs promptly and always within 10 business days. 11. The Golf Lab24 App

We license the app to you for personal use on devices you own. If you got it from Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and Golf Lab24, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries. App store rules also apply to your use of the app.

12. Suspending or Deleting Accounts

We may suspend or close accounts for violations of these terms, unsafe behavior, or unpaid charges. You can delete your account anytime in Account Settings in the website or app, or by contacting us; see our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long. Deleting your account ends any membership right away (no further charges) and removes your saved cards.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
