Terms of Service
1. Booking Policies
All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations must be made through the Golf Lab24 platform. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or membership hour deduction. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must arrive on time for their booked sessions. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund. Users are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities during their session. All users must sign the liability waiver before their first session.
3. Liability Disclaimer
Golf Lab24 provides simulator bays and equipment on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during use of the facilities. Users participate at their own risk and acknowledge the physical nature of golf activities. Golf Lab24's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
4. Facility Rules
No outside food or beverages beyond water. No smoking or vaping inside the facility. Appropriate athletic attire and golf shoes required. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a signed minor waiver. Maximum capacity per bay is 4 persons.
5. Account Termination
Golf Lab24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, facility rules, or unsafe behavior. Memberships may be cancelled with notice as outlined in the membership agreement.
6. Card on File Authorization
By booking a session or purchasing a membership, you authorize Golf Lab24 to securely save your payment method on file with our payment processor and to charge that card, without further presentation of the card, for: (a) damage to equipment, turf, screens, or facility caused during your reservation; (b) no-show fees when you fail to arrive for a confirmed booking; (c) late cancellation fees per our Cancellation Policy; and (d) other fees or fines expressly disclosed in our policies. All such charges are capped at $5,000.00 per event, are itemized with a written reason, and are receipted by email. You may update or remove your card on file at any time from your account settings; doing so does not waive amounts already owed.
