First Time Visitors Guide
Welcome to Golf Lab24
Whether you're a seasoned golfer or have never stepped into a simulator before, we've made the process simple. Follow the steps below and you'll be playing in just a few minutes.
Step 1Book Your Bay
Visit our website and select:
- Date
- Time
- Bay Preference
- Length of Play
Complete checkout and submit your reservation. Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with:
- Facility Address
- Reservation Details
Step 3Receive Your Door Code
Approximately 5 minutes before your reservation begins, you'll receive an email and/or text message containing your unique access code. This code will allow you to enter Golf Lab24 during your reservation window.
Step 4Arrive at Golf Lab24
Building 4, Suite 6
Porter, TX 77365
Enter your access code then # at the keypad. Welcome to Golf Lab24!
Step 5Facility Layout
When you enter the facility:
To Your Left
Putting area to warm up before your round.
To Your Right
Bays 1 and 2, restroom between Bay 2 and Bay 3, and Bay 3 at the end.

Step 6Enter Your Bay
Each bay includes:
- Simulator
- Impact Screen
- Hitting Area
- Seating
- Mini Fridge
- Digital Signage Display
- TV
- Complimentary Club Set
A left-handed club set is available upon request. Feel free to bring your own clubs or use ours.
Step 7Food & Drinks
Golf Lab24 is BYOB. Food delivery is welcome and encouraged. Each bay includes a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold during your session.
Step 8Starting Your Practice Session or Round on GSPro
When you enter your bay, the simulator system will already be running. Select:
- Driving Range
- Practice Mode
- Course Play
- Challenge Mode
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Step 9Hitting the Ball
The hitting strip contains the designated hitting area.
Important: Always place the golf ball in the center of the marked hitting zone so the launch monitor can accurately track your shot.
Step 10Wait for "Ready"
Before every shot the launch monitor announces READY — you may hit your golf ball.
If the system does not display "Ready":
- Verify the ball is positioned correctly in the middle of the designated hitting area.
- Wait a few moments for the system to detect the ball.
Step 11Play Golf
Once the system indicates "Ready":
- Take your shot
- Watch your ball flight
- Review shot data
- Continue your round

Before You Leave
- Dispose of trash
- Remove personal belongings
- Take any food or drinks with you
- Return loaner clubs to their designated area
- Replace balls on the hitting strip
- Make sure the bay is clean for the next guest
