Cancellation Policy
Bay bookings & lessons
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time for a full refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before start are not refunded.
If your coach or Golf Lab24 cancels a booking or lesson, you receive a full refund.
Clinics, junior series & private events
- Cancel 7 days or more before the first session for a full refund.
- Cancel between 3 and 7 days before for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 3 days (72 hours) before are not refunded.
- Cancelling cancels every session and bay in the booking. Once a multi-week series has started, remaining weeks are not refunded.
Rescheduling
- You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your start time.
- You can move your booking to a new date once for free if you ask at least 7 days before the first session.
Changes are subject to availability. If you cancel instead of rescheduling, the cancellation rules above apply.
No-shows
If your door code (or the app's Unlock button) hasn't opened the front door within 25 minutes of your start time, the booking is marked as a no-show and released so others can book the bay; your door code stops working. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. You can always cancel instead, even at the last minute, so the bay can go to someone else. Repeated no-shows or cancellations made less than 60 minutes before the start may result in booking restrictions.
Membership hours & lesson packages
Bookings paid with membership included hours or lesson-package credits follow the same rules as bay bookings and lessons. When the cancellation qualifies for a full refund, the hours or credits are returned to your balance. Otherwise, they are counted as used.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued automatically to the original card used for payment. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Memberships
You can cancel your membership any time from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then it ends. We do not give refunds for partial months.
Fees
There are no automatic late-cancellation fees — a late cancellation simply isn't refunded under the rules above. Staff may charge a damage or no-show fee to the payment method on file as described in our Terms, up to $5,000 per event. Every such charge is itemized with a written reason and receipted by email.
Weather & facility closures
If Golf Lab24 has to cancel your booking because of weather, a power outage or a facility closure, you receive a full refund.
