Official rules
Golf Lab24 December Giveaway
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A mailed entry counts the same as an entry earned with a purchase. Open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
Golf Lab24, 22985 FM 1314, Building 4, Suite 6, Porter, TX 77365 ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@golflab24htx.com or 832-226-8816. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of this giveaway and are not involved with it in any way.
2. Entry period
The giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on December 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official clock.
3. Who can enter
Legal residents of Texas who are 18 or older when they enter. Not eligible: owners, employees, coaches and contractors of Golf Lab24 and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses) and anyone living in their household; corporate membership accounts and the people on them; and Teen Athlete members.
4. How to enter
A. Free entry by mail
Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and the statement "I am 18 or older and a Texas resident" on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: Golf Lab24 Giveaway, 22985 FM 1314, Building 4, Suite 6, Porter, TX 77365. Each card must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on January 7, 2027. Limit one mailed entry per person per day (by postmark date); each card mailed separately. Each mailed entry is worth one (1) entry. Copies made by machine, illegible or incomplete cards are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.
B. Golf Lab24 customers
Sign in to your Golf Lab24 account on gl24htx.com or in the Golf Lab24 app, open the Giveaway card on your dashboard and confirm you're 18 or older, live in Texas and accept these rules. Entries are then added automatically for the following during the Entry Period:
- 1 entry for each paid bay booking made and paid. Bookings that are cancelled or refunded don't count.
- 1 entry for each lesson you buy and book: a paid private lesson or swing evaluation, a lesson from a lesson package, or a Member Lesson Add-On lesson. Lessons included free with a membership don't count, and cancelled lessons are removed. A paid lesson counts once, as a lesson, not also as a bay booking.
- 1 entry for each paid merchandise order. Refunded orders don't count.
- 1 entry for each friend you referred whose first membership payment is made during the Entry Period.
- Once per giveaway, for an active membership: Early Bird 1, Night Owl 1, Player 2, Premier 3, Elite Player Development 4 (the highest plan you hold counts).
Entries can't be bought separately and are never sold. Entries earned before you confirm are kept and count once you confirm. You can see your total on your dashboard.
5. Prize
One (1) prize: one year of player membership at Golf Lab24 (12 monthly memberships). Approximate retail value: $2,400. If the winner already has, or chooses, a Premier or Elite Player Development membership, the $2,400 value is applied to that plan for 12 months and the winner pays the monthly difference. The prize can't be transferred, exchanged for cash or swapped, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Golf Lab24 membership terms apply. The winner is responsible for all taxes. Because the prize is worth $600 or more, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.
6. Drawing and odds
On or about January 8, 2027, Sponsor will select one winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Each entry is one chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email and phone within two business days of the drawing and must reply within seven (7) days and sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release. If the potential winner can't be reached, doesn't reply in time, is found ineligible or doesn't follow these rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
8. Publicity
Sponsor will only use the winner's name or photo in promotions with the winner's written permission.
9. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel or change the giveaway if it can't run as planned for reasons beyond its control, in which case the winner will be drawn from eligible entries received before the change. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Apple Inc. and Google LLC from any claims arising from the giveaway or the prize, except where not allowed by law. These rules are governed by Texas law.
10. Privacy
Information collected for this giveaway is used to run it and contact the winner, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Winner's name
For the winner's first name and last initial, email support@golflab24htx.com or write to the Sponsor's address above within 60 days after the drawing.
